These guys were great dudes. Professional, friendly and knew their business. Not one scratch on anything. Very prompt on arrival and great communication. They also did their job in a timely manner. Zachary Wood and Mathew Hopkins did the move for us. We highly recommend them to all !!! Y’all were awesome man. Thanks so much for making our move super easy.

Zach, Ryan, and Bull were phenomenal! They showed up right on schedule and had great communication throughout the process. It was my first time using movers, and all three guys worked very quickly and efficiently. I also appreciated their great attitudes and how they went the extra mile making sure my items were securely packed and transported. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

We had to move a ton of stuff from my late grandparents' house into 300 sqft of storage.

Ryan, Zach, and Mat were extremely professional and friendly. They took excellent care of our fragile stuff and plastic wrapped our antique furniture (without us asking!).

On top of being fast and hard-working, they were also very considerate of my time and money. I was blown away by how efficiently they were able to pack everything into the storage units like a game of Tetris, which saved me from having to rent an additional storage unit.

I will definitely be requesting these guys next time I have to move!

Chris and Andrew did an exceptional job of moving some very heavy furniture around in our house. They also carefully moved some cabinets with glass. Their attitudes were kind and helpful. I would definitely use them again!

Donald & Travis from True Friends moving company did a great job moving furniture from our home in Del Webb to the memory care facility where my husband now resides. They were very understanding of the seniors situation in the facility and limitations in access due to “wandering” clients. Even the intake coordinator remarked that they were agreeable, understanding and respectful of the patients situation. In her experience movers were not usually as considerate.

After a slight scheduling hiccup, the office moved quickly to assign a truck and crew. The two man team sent was excellent. They were efficient but careful. They were also extremely nice and understanding. We were moving my father’s items into an assisted living facility and they listened to the property manager and easily adjusted to those requirements. The crew also received high praise from the property manager as some of the best movers they’ve worked with. Well done!

We used True Friends last Sept to move to a different house in-town. Then when time came to move our parents from Kentucky Lake to Nashville, we called upon True Friends again. To our surprise, Corey was our mover, again. He is great! Everything was handled carefully and they were very efficient. I highly recommend True Friends and 'ask for Corey'.

True Friends went above and beyond to work with us. Scheduling changed frequently due to a severely mismanaged storage pod delivery (aside: do NOT use Pack Rat storage and delivery). The True Friends team hung in there with us over 5 days of being in limbo, rescheduling as needed. We are so grateful. Their moving team called 40 minutes ahead of arrival, which was a perfect heads up for us. The two young gentlemen were strong, respectful and efficient in moving our furniture from the pod into our 2 story home. Cannot recommend True Friends enough!

This was our second experience with True Friends. They moved us out of our home 2 1/2 yrs ago, putting a lot of things in storage (5 storage bins). Today they moved our last storage unit to our new home. One mor move coming up probably in three weeks. We had the privilege of having Zack Wood and Corry Harris. These two men were great. They moved us fast, no damage to our belongs. Also, were so help in getting our furniture in our home and setup. I would highly recommended these two gentleman. They are an asset to your company.

Fantastic company and service. Nathan personally went over the plan by phone with me. I had to reschedule and push it back a few days and it was no problem. I only had a two hour move three miles away but the two guys working were pros. They padded and wrapped the fragile items very securely and safely delivered everything to my new home. Would highly recommend!
