We had two teams from True Friends Moving as severe weather forced the first team to end the first day early. Both teams were friendly and courteous. More importantly, they worked quickly, taking care not only in packing, but in placing items in the correct rooms once delivered to our new home. In particular, the team of Jerry, Ron and James deserve special thanks for the care they took in wrapping both our furniture pieces and wedding china for transport.

My movers were very professional. I had big furniture to move up a set of stairs. The movers got the job done. They also reassembled furniture. If your looking for good movers check this place out. Its costly but you get what you pay for.

Terrible customer service. Chris, the owner, is disrespectful!! The moving crew will treat you with respect... can't say the same for the owner! I have never been talked to like I was by Chris. Couldn't believe the business is still open. We'll never use them again!!!

True Friends Moving Company is a top notch moving company with outstanding customer service. Exceptional customer service is not as common these days, but True Moving does not disappoint. The owner, Chris, most likely runs one of the best moving companies around.

Scheduling was a breeze with Nathan and Emerson. They were very helpful, answered all my questions, and made sure the moving crew was prepared for our move. I received email updates and an accurate texts for confirmation and to tell me the estimated arrival of the moving crew on moving day.

We lived in our house for 15 years and moved to a new build so my mother in law can live with us. It was a hard move, but Troy, Jaquees ( I don't know if I spelled it right!), Brandon, and Cory did a fantastic job. They worked well together and were respectful, professional, and kind. We moved roughly one-room of boxed items from one location to a houseboat located thirty minutes away. The service was very easy to arrange and schedule, the two mover we on time and super courteous and they were very efficient. They got in and got out quickly. Things couldn't have gone better. The estimate and Invoice matched up perfectly. This is a great service. I'd use them again and recommend them without reservation.
