True Friends Moving

Recently I used True Friends Moving Services when I bought some furniture from a friend of mine, who lives in another state so I hired this company to move it from his apartment to my house. My friend has moved every few years, so he is experienced with movers. He said they were on time and good moving company. From then on everything was fine. They delivered everything nicely and without any damage. All in all it was an easy move.

Crew leader was truly professional and his crew was great. By far, out of all our moves, the best one to date. They worked hard and consistently throughout the entire day. Would highly recommend.

The dynamic duo was soooooo good!!! They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and worked fast!!! We were not as ready as we should have been but we could not have done as much as they did!!! I will definitely use them again if need be.

I just recently had two back to back moves with TF. Both of them went perfectly smooth and NO dinged walls, NO damaged furniture, and no stolen goods.

This is unbelievable in the industry. Both my houses were over 2000sf full moves, and the latter was an unexpected packing job for the movers, I ran out of steam. No complains, hustle attitude, actually fun help.

They really saved my butt. I’m forever grateful to Chris and his teammates, Odonnie and Jahdia. Impeccable move gents.

This is my first experience using a moving company and didn’t know what to expect. Not only was this companies pricing the best, but they worked me in to their schedule for the very next day, when everyone else I talked to were days out and some had even different pricing on different days. Nathan assisted me in setting everything up and was very professional and encouraged me to get other quotes, then gave me his direct number for when I called back. The best part of all though by far, without question, the crew that did my move. Bob, Fasa, and Jacob were top notch, hard working, and had the best attitudes ever! It was a pleasure having them help me. I highly, highly, highly recommend them. If you are reading this review and question whether it’s real, it is, 100% and I felt like I needed to take the time to sit down and give these guys a great review, they deserve it!

Brett and Bob from True Friends Moving Company did my move yesterday 11/30/21. I moved from a large storage unit and a small storage unit into a small 1 bedroom apartment. I had most things in either solid pieces, storage containers or trash bags but there was some loose items hard to get her and handle. Brett and Bob kept me focused by reminding me we need to get the solid stackable items loaded first so that helped me to push aside anything loose. This saved me because we filled up 5/6 of the truck with solid items. Although I threw some items in at the end, I chose to come back later for the loose items. This save me labor costs too because the time it would have taken them to load and gather all the loose stuff would have stretched my ml e into the next hour. I hired True Friends to move some heavy furnishings in my home. The move was excellent, from the initial phone call to the conclusion. The employees were very professional, polite, attentive, and careful with my furnishings, walls, door frames and corners. They finished with some time remaining on the clock, asked if I needed anything else, and they happily brought my Christmas trees down from the attic. I really appreciated that the movers asked if there was anything else they could do for me. They could have just left for the next job, but they were appreciative that I was paying for the rest of the hour and they wanted to make sure I received full value.

They asked all the important questions upfront that set both our expectations straight for the move. The crew moved quick (but not too quick risking damage to my items), and communicated well together. Not one item was damaged and all fragile boxes were handled carefully. A 1500sf house with a lot of furniture was moved in 4.5 hours start to finish including the drive time across town. Honestly, worth every penny. Thanks guys!

True Friends moved a piano from the donors home to our home. They were on time, professional, and did a great job. I would and have already recommended True Friends Moving. I recommended them to the couple from whom we got the piano for their big move. We would definitely use them again.

The True Friends Moving Company service we got was the best moving experience we ever had in our forty-plus years of moving around the country and overseas. Our household goods had been moved to a storage unit in Murfreesboro, TN, and just needed to be moved to our new home. I couldn't have asked for a better team than Brett and Kenneth. They were prompt, courteous, and highly capable and careful. Our "stuff" was well taken care of, with no damage of any kind. They reassembled our beds and mirrors and hooked up our washer and dryer. And fast? They sure didn't dawdle or waste any time. Everything went great! The office folks were helpful and prompt as well. The schedule was really convenient for us, as they got our move scheduled the next day after we called them. They were True Friends indeed!

Kyle and Bob did a fabulous job moving me out of storage into my apartment! They got it done quickly but always taking care of my furniture and other belongings They were a pleasure to work with. Kyle also moved me out of my house into storage so I was really glad to see him back for the second move!! I absolutely recommend True Friends but ask for the “Kyle and Bob team” because they were amazing!

For the most part our move was handled smoothly. There were some delays in getting started on time, both on the loading end and on the unloading.

The individuals who worked the loading end seemed to have some interpersonal challenges with each other, and some of our items were not loaded with care and suffered some damage. But the folks who unloaded us hustled and were professional and made that end of things a pleasant experience.

Overall, we were happy with the experience.
