This is the second time we've used True Friends to move and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Throughout the process, there was a customer representative checking on us and verifying everything we expected was carried out.

They did a great job moving all of our things, great communication, great teamwork, and great time management. They managed to move us out and into the new place in only 2 hours and 45 minutes, which I really appreciate! Michael and Victor had the best customer service and professionalism the whole time, even though I have some of the heaviest (and sentimental) furniture. This was my third time utilizing a moving service and my FAVORITE. Hopefully we can call them next time we need to move!

These guys ARE THE BEST, they moved me in super fast and I mean FAST. They built all my new furniture and moved me into my new place in under 6 1/2 hours. You truly get what you pay for and I’ll never use any other moving company. Worth every $$$.

The original mover I had booked on U-Haul’s site turned out to be a scam & didn’t show up so I found myself scrambling for same day movers. Nathan was able to quickly find me a crew due to a cancellation they had. Zach & Tanner did a great job packing my 26’ rental truck tight, taking great care of our belongings for a 700 mile move. Very professional! However, the invoice was a small fortune, literally! The scammer cost me a TON of $$! I recommend this company for a job well done & their reliability. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive. Thank you for the last minute save!

Zack was on time very friendly and a very hard worker.from the time he pulled into the driveway from the time he pulled out the driveway at the new house he had a smile on his face the entire time and you could tell he was very good at his job he more than exceeded expectations for my friends move will highly recommend true friends again for my upcoming move in march big shout out to all the staff at true friends that made the booking process so easy and so affordable
