Adam helped me with the scheduling. He was responsive and accommodating. Adam ran my moving crew of four, and the guys were fantastic. They were prompt, professional, and courteous the entire time. My move was many big pieces up and down several flights of stairs at both places. They tackled the job and took terrific care of my furniture the whole time. They exceeded expectations. I'm quick to point out when service didn't meet what I expected, and I have zero complaints. Will recommend this group and will use them again in the future

Two weeks later, I did call to True Friends Moving Company for a move. They got us the schedule right when I needed. The quote was very reasonable. They sent 4 men with proper tools and stuffs. Those guys worked so hard. They moved 3 bedroom home with 3 set of sofas. It took 30 mins for distance move and 20 mins to unload the furniture. They were very friendly and worked hard the entire time. Mark and Max were spectacular.

We needed to move our home over a long weekend, and it was an intimidating task. We had a few pieces that are exceptionally heavy, but they managed them better than I thought possible with just a few dents. One piece was 500+ pounds moving from one basement to another. But they made the move so smooth. I would use them again.

Lee and his crew of four guys did an incredible job packing my home! Not one complaint. I even asked them to move boxes around a few times. Mad for their pricing. Get a few bids, and they will save you a ton of money on the quote. And once the job is completed, they reprice even lower to save you way beyond what the move should have cost! You'll be sorry! If you don't, call True Friends Moving.

Their manager had been a great help and a hub of information and knowledge. He not only kept the entire process in front of us, but also asked if we wanted it done otherwise. We trusted his years of experience and the way they had it all planned worked best for us!

I can’t say that I would recommend this company to anyone as we had a horrible loading experience and so much damage to multiple pieces of furniture broken. It was an out of state move and the truck was not obviously packed correctly and a lot of our stuff did not make the load due to not packing the truck correctly. Corey and the replacement guy that I think was Donnie did get many of the items wrapped well and especially our China cabinet and large tv did not have damage and we were grateful for that as well. They too worked hard and were respectful.

I will say the delivery part other than finding out that multiple pieces of furniture were broken, legs literally snapped off, chipped, cracked etc., the company made an effort to make the delivery a better experience and it was thanks to Brett and Anthony!

I've used this True Friends Moving Company twice and would highly recommend them to anyone. The price is reasonable to the area and even if it's more or so for an hour it's worth it! I've used several other cheaper companies in the past and have been disappointed with the service and handling of my furniture. True Friends Moving Company team wrap and pack everything with care and speed. I never felt like they were slowing down to increase their time or that they were being inconsiderate of my things. Once again, I've used them twice, each time with 3 different people, and my experience was excellent both times.

The guys were highly professional, quiet, friendly, and efficient. They even broke down and set up our bed, which may have added to the time from the original estimate. If I were moving again, I would call these guys. Oh, and one other thing - they were extremely prompt. I was told they would arrive between 12 and 2 pm. They rolled up at 11:58 am after calling about 30 minutes ahead to ensure we were ready.

A week before moving, I had reached out to several moving companies for quotes. A couple had moving trucks included, but few had experience with antique furniture. From True Friends Moving Company, I received a quote with instructions and expected responsibilities for the movers and customer. The attention to detail and suggestions were greatly appreciated. All the pricing of the services were affordable so I took them all and enjoyed my move.

Just a quick review to thank Mike and Christopher for today. They arrived on time, were super-friendly. They had everything wrapped and loaded and beheld, only charged us for an hour. Highly recommend them.

True Friends Moving Company perform up to their name. JD was in constant communication from start to finish and always available for any questions or changes we requested. We want to give a big shout out to Brett, Stone and Courtney who are beyond awesome! They drove up to Lansing, Michigan the day before our move and were on time the next morning to start loading. They made the moving stress free with their organization, and efficiency while making us feel like they were our best friends moving us. We have made several moves in the past and learned not all movers know what they are doing and ran over their projected time.

We were scheduled for a morning delivery the next day, but we had some loose ends to tie up and when we contacted JD he made a no hassle change to an afternoon delivery. The change in schedule could have meant we had different delivery people, but Brett...

Moving to me is always a hassle but when I called True Friends Movers I was so relieved Brett and Stone did an amazing job! Definitely 5stars!!!

The only moving company we will ever use!! They are prompt, friendly and take caution with the items they’re moving. Recently, they donated a truck and 2 of their mens time to transport supplies to tornado victims in Kentucky. Fantastic people!!
