I needed same day loading services & they were able to add me to the schedule. Chris & Dustin did a great job packing my items & it was done quickly. They were very friendly and I appreciate the services so much.

We hired true friends for our move from Gallatin to Pleasant View. Zach and Bobby were the best movers we’ve ever had, they were super friendly, very professional and handle the stairs at the apartment complex like champs! I would definitely hire them again in the future.

great experience except for the price

I was in Nashville for twenty four hours and needed my apartment packed up and delivered to my storage unit. From the initial contact with the True Friends Moving Company, I felt confident that I chose the right company. Justin, JD, and Zach were amazing. The packing process was done quickly and safely. These guys were very professional and pleasant.
I will definitely use this company again and hope to have the same team. Thanks guys!

True Friends Moving Company was definitely the best decision I made with my move! I needed to move a washer and dryer from the second floor of my home to a new apartment with a very small laundry room. My moving team (just 2 guys) took extra care in moving these very heavy appliances down the stairs without the use of a dolly or anything that would ruin my hardwood floors! When bringing them into the new apartment they had very little space to get the washer and dryer into and they did it with ease! They were able to maneuver these appliances without a scratch to any walls or the appliances themselves! I would highly recommend True Friends Moving Company and will definitely use them again in the future!

From initial enquiry to arranging for empty boxes to be collected, every single interaction with all of the guys at True Friends Moving has been fantastic. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. We moved from a 2 bed flat to a 3 bed family home. The guys were all really really personable. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them, and they managed to work like trojans consistently throughout the day. However they did this in a calm, unflappable way which made me feel really assured on my important move day. Their quote was thorough, and in comparison to others very fair. I've used other removal companies in the past, but this was by far the most personable experience I've ever had. Nothing was too much trouble, and nothing at all was missing or damaged. Truly a great job. I've already recommended them to friends, and will continue to do so. Well done guys - it's not an easy job...

Wow, the team that moved my family did a fantastic job. My family of 4 was moving from a 2 bedroom flat to a 3 bedroom house. We had True Friends Moving Company do a full packing service and move. The team of 4 did a stellar job. They completed the pack and move in one day. They worked tirelessly, had great attitudes, and were all around great people. This was a top team - I could not have asked for more. The price was reasonable and the communication was effortless and quick. I felt comfortable the whole way through. They made what could have been a stressful day as simple as it could have possibly been. Would definitely use again!

Jerry and Dustin were great! They showed up on time, worked quickly and even helped me with boxes when I needed help packing and taping. When we got to my new house, I'm not even sure if they had time to eat lunch. They were courteous and reassuring when I started to panic about moving. Plus they complimented me on my new home which definitely helped me feel better about my new life change. Oh, when I asked how long they had worked together, they both said this was their first time which surprised me. They seemed to work well together as if they had worked together for awhile. Zach and Anthony were great! The furniture was loaded with attention to detail and protection. Very timely on the loading and unloading. They were professional and easy to get along with. We couldn't have asked for better service.

Moving is usually a hassle. Moving from a first-floor flat to a third-floor apartment is not easy. To make the transition easier, we decided to hire pros. I had no clue how much easier things would be with True Friends Moving. The customer support provided by the personnel is outstanding. They were highly knowledgeable and had all the facts straight.

I have no idea how they managed it! These amazing men never stopped moving. I have only moved once in my life, and I honestly wasn't sure what to do. They loaded the truck, and then loaded it some more. They recommended they take the extra heavy things (yard statues) that we had planned to move ourselves. These gentlemen were kind, and efficient. When they found me rearranging some boxes they jumped in and helped me reorganize. When my elderly mother insisted on helping them, they treated her with upmost respect.

Have I mentioned they came in under budget? We've decided to hire True Friends again to finish off some things we need done.

I was a little worried about our expensive nice furniture getting damaged, but not a single piece did, and we had pretty heavy furniture moved. They took such good care of our belongings. I am impressed.
