My experience was fantastic. The men were on time, efficient, helpful and hard working. I had three flights of stairs and then a storage unit to load and unload, yet they were positive and professional throughout the 9 hour day. All items arrived in great shape. I even had to change my moving date and they rescheduled me with ease. Excellent company that I would highly recommend.

True Friends Moving was recommended to me by family members, who did not disappoint. I moved from a third-floor walk up to a house. The team arrived slightly early and cranked my move out very quickly. Given the two flights of stairs, I was very impressed by the team. Everything made it to my destination in good order. I would use them again.

My husband and I did an intown move and these guys were the best. We have moved multiple times over the years and True Friend Moving is by far the easiest to work with. They were kind courteous and flexible.

True Friends movers were very courteous and mindful during our move! They moved all the boxes and furniture safely to our new home. Our two movers spent the day with us assembled tables and chairs for us when they were finished moving in all the other furniture. Very polite, excellent movers. We had a good experience and will definitely use them again!

Jacob and team were prompt, efficient, and courteous in my first encounter with moving. On an extremely hot summer day, I was given lots of boxes, bubble wrap, and rolls of tape for my belongings, which they loaded and unloaded with care and good humor. True Friends Moving is a company I would recommend to everyone. Excellent customer service. Thank you very much!

Cameron and Cortney did an amazing job, on our moving day it started raining and snowing at the same time and they just kept working hard I felt bad the whole time. We are very satisfied and happy with their service and will be recommending them specifically to everyone we know 😊.

I appreciated that the team worked hard, but one of the individuals remarked about being upset about stairs in the new home(apparently the prior move had a similar layout). I felt bad because of this and let them know to just leave all the boxes downstairs - I totally get the frustration, but would’ve preferred if this wasn’t stated right in front of me as I felt bad the entire time they were moving boxes. I had told the company beforehand about the stairs, and felt like I was paying a lot so was frustrated that I felt so guilty for it. Other than that, everything was great!

The move was difficult as heavy furniture pieces had to be maneuvered down a staircase and then other furniture moved back upstairs and they did the moving of the furniture with great ease and a smile. They also had to move several heavy pieces of furniture from another location to the house and this was done in the rain, but again done with ease and a smile. True Friends called us 24 hours prior to our move to re-confirm all the details. Our movers called us when they were about 20 minutes away and showed up at the time they said they were scheduled. They immediately went to work. They were literally loading boxes 5 minutes after they arrived.

Wanted to commend the 3-man team that showed up. JD, David and Jandai. They showed exceptional professionalism and courtesy. Even so much as taking time throughout the move to comfort my VERY confused dog.

I highly recommend True Friends Moving! Charles and his team answered all my questions pre-move. Their prices are competitive. Most importantly, they made my move stress-free! They were swift; they handled all my furniture with the utmost care and wrapped everything to protect it. They were super professional and polite. I would use them again!

From the very start of planning my move from Gallatin TN to Hagerstown MD everyone was friendly and helpful.
If I had any questions or concerns the owner Chris Knowles was so polite and reassured me that everything was happening as planned.
The driver of the truck Trent and the loader/unloader Anthony were remarkable. I have moved many times but these young men were very professional in making sure all my boxes and furniture were protected from any damage.
