The scheduling process is easy, and they are very responsive.On a moving day, they called to let us know they were on their way and arrived promptly at our agreed time.They work efficiently and handle our things with care as if they were their own. I love them! Always professional, very speedy. They bring any the supplies you need to wrap up furniture, etc., and are very careful with my stuff. They are also a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

My father is 85 years old and has a house full of family heirloom antiques, so we had to take the necessary precautions in both safeguarding the furniture and packing and moving it. They were meticulous, and I'm delighted to say that no antiques or anything else was damaged! That's a first in almost a dozen moves for us!

The service itself is outstanding - what would help is to see what number of a job one is assigned not to spend time waiting for or for ETA. The drivers were always amiable and helpful; the move was usually without hiccups. I really can't recommend using them enough, and I will use them again. Thanks.

I had the pleasure of having Terrell and Jerry help with my daughters move from Clarksville to Antioch! From the first phone call to the end of my service day I received Professional, and Courteous, Service. Terrell and Jerry were so friendly, helpful, polite, respectful and made me feel good about True Friends! Great experience with the movers Fletcher and David. These guys are top notch. I would have given 5 stars, except the movers where not sent with the proper tools to move two extremely heavy items that I made the office aware of. Other than that, everything was great.

My moving crew of Mike and his team were kind, considerate, and excellent communicators. They were so personable and efficient. They even helped consult on where my new furniture should be placed, what light bulbs I needed for the lamps, and helped me set up all my heavy furniture in my living room!

Oliver and crew did such an excellent job helping us move. They were very diligent with the boxes and furniture and quickly moved things from our three-story townhouse. I had a great experience with them, and I recommend them.

Arrived promptly to move-out place. Amazed by the movers. Extremely efficient loading things into the truck. Lots of care wrapping furniture with plastic wrap and blankets. Overall, completely amazed and in awe of how efficient this team is. We will be using them again! HIGHLY recommended.

This company was great! They arrived on time, wrapped everything well, clearly explained their pricing, moved things around at my drop-off location, and had a positive attitude! I needed two small moves with little notice, which exceeded my expectations.

I booked them for load and unloaded services. They put moving blankets on the floor to keep it clean as they walked around. They were fast and friendly. There were very affordable.

Gallatin and his team was beyond professional. They dropped off the moving boxes for us to pack up our stuff. They arrived promptly on the move day, packed everything very quickly and professionally. We were out and into our new place on our expected time. They made a stressful day a lot easier. They moved further items from a storage unit into our garage- again they were prompt and careful with all of our possessions. Couldn't recommend this company enough!
