TrueBBQ was Amazing! The company and staff are so kind and easy to work with and the food was delicious. My team at work said everything was cooked to perfection from the salmon to the chicken to the garlic mashed potatoes. Not only was the food good, but the setup and presentation was beautiful. I can't say enough good things about TruBBQ!
They have so many options for proteins, sides and desserts that we really had a hard time choosing.
At a wedding you always worry about the food. We didn't have to worry at all. This was one of the biggest highlights of our wedding. Everyone loved everything. The brisket is amazing and so is their apricot chicken! I have everyone talking about it days later!
Their service was flawless and they really do strive for customer service and will go that extra step.
If I have another event, I would choose them again and again!

I hosted a meeting for 200+ attendees here at Genentech and TruBBQ Catering & Events catered the lunch. I received raving reviews from the attendees on how delicious the food was and also on how friendly the team was that served the food. Alvin is very professional. He listens to the customer and then makes suggestions on what will make the meal better. They are very accommodating in making short notice changes to the menu. Thank you for making this a great experience. This was my first time ordering and the food was outstanding. The brisket was tender moist and flavorful. I hired TruBBQ to cater the repass meal after my husband’s memorial service. I was a little dubious because I had never heard of them. My husband loved barbecue, so I thought it was very appropriate. Alvin and his crew did not disappoint me. He met with me beforehand, and brought generous samples of the type of food they serve. I thought it was very good, despite the fact that I’m not a fan of barbecue, but I liked everything that he brought for us to try. They did not disappoint when they catered the meal. It was beautifully and efficiently set up, with more than enough food for the amount of people that attended, and everything was kept the right temperature.
