Angie was great, I called at the last minute just hoping to schedule an appointment . After sending her a photo of the problem she diagnosed the issue and scheduled the team to come fix. No running around, they were here and took care of the problem before that days rain storm. Excellent company

I was so impressed with the work. They came out within A day to give an estimate. Very professional and know what they are doing. Prices are reasonable and fair. I was worried I couldn’t afford gutters but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it was affordable. They came out and were done within 2 hours. I am so happy and now my back patio concrete slab will not keep sinking from the water washing the dirt away since the gutter will now divert it elsewhere and I probably saved thousands in foundation repairs. I agree with all the nice things said about Angi and her crew. They were right on time and worked fast. The color match is not perfect but better than I expected. All gutters are secured well. It will also be nice to not worry about the gutters flying off in a storm.
I’m a little disappointed with a couple of the downspouts, though. I was hoping that a professional gutter specialist would be about to hug the wall better than what was already there. For example, the front downspout, is crooked in the middle and the opening does not face toward the street but rather inward. The back downspout has a big gap. When asked, Angi quickly sent a lengthy reply (almost as if they have dealt with this before)
why they could not improve on the original installation and recommended I use downspout extensions for drainage.

A few weeks ago, Angi came out to give me a quote for new, whole home gutter installation. She's professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed talking to her and I received a fair quote. I did shop around after receiving my initial quote from them. While there were a few others that came in a little lower on the price and one that was overpriced, I came back to Tropical Gutter Pros because of their level of customer service, communication, full explanation/itemized invoice and warranty on parts/labor.

I was in the process of getting my roof replaced so we scheduled the installation a couple weeks out. They came out today(5/28/24) and got the job done fast and efficiently. Called on a whim to check pricing, and it was pretty much what I'd have paid in materials from home depot! They arrived on schedule, removed and hauled away our old trashy gutters, and put up beautiful new seamless gutters in just a couple hours! Absolute professions. Happy I used them to put gutters on the back of the house. The price was reasonable, service fast and friendly. Had a slight problem with water dripping between the new gutters and the house and they came out quickly and fixed the issue. That says a lot about the good integrity of the company.

We live in a very nice area in Palencia we were concerned How about the HOA how long it would take and how the job would look when it was done. They had excellent communication. Great company highly recommended for gutters

Found this company from my neighbor. They were patient and provided everything I needed to get approval through our HOA. Once approved they were there within the week to install my gutters for a great price. The team was here for only 2 hours max and the gutters look great. While working they grabbed us to chat about making a change or two and they explained the why perfectly. If you need gutters, this is your company.

Our house was new construction, and I had a lot of questions about the gutter placement impacting runoff and standing water. I took months before we were ready to install due to prolonged construction timeline, but Angie took the time over and over again to answer questions and really help us make good decisions about what we needed.
