I had a very productive phone call with representative (Elaine). She was amazing to work with, answered all my questions. I was given a great price and I look forward to moving with them! Would highly recommend.

Tri state movers were great with my move, Rich, Mia, and Daniel really cared, and they were very professional in following up with me, during this transition in my life. Thank you.

Just realized that I can review my review from 2022.
So:

The Con:
Reviewing after the Move:
The boxes and the movers were good nothing got damaged.
Unfortunately I was overcharged and they were unwilling to rectify the situation. Did not even respond to requests.

The movers wanted to leave with me a full outside patio set and a workout bench and weights that were not mine.
Told them to not unload that as it is not mine

So I was probably charged a xtra $1000 over the original quoted price for that “delivery” and xtra weight and space in the truck.
Was VERY upset and disappointed.

I called and spoke with the manager and he did not seem to care or listen to the problem.
I do NOT suggest using this company.

The Pro:

Professional business that truly understands what it takes to move and alleviates the stress of the moving process all together. It’s all included in the quote from the wrapping and packing, to the tolls and gas, breaking down and rebuilding of furniture, and the moving in and out of the moving truck. Great service and provides all the confidence in their ability to effectively move your items safely to your new residence or business!! If six stars was an option they would more than deserve it.

Very professional and no pressure company! And excellent communication with text and phone call updates.

Everything was seamless

From my initial call, the folks at TriState were very pleasant and after hearing what items I needed moved, gave me a reasonable quote within just a few minutes.

I have been dealing with Rich to coordinate my move which had to be postponed several times and he is very nice and patient! Unlike other companies they didn’t have to come out to site to quote, we went over everything I wanted them to take care of and it was very easy. Beat other companies quotes I received.

Movers were great, price was worth it! Movers took good care of all my furniture. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Yolanda was wonderful! Very professional. She explained the process and answered all my questions. I felt as if I was speaking to an old friend.

Try state is a professional company who moved me twice! First time, very quick, movers were professional and super helpful! Second time the same level of service! Will continue to use them for my moving needs. Rich and Elaine are super supportive and help led so much☺️ Very thankful!!

Elaine was the person who scheduled my move, and was very patient, and professional with me as I had to change my move date around a couple of times and add things and remove things from the move list and everytime she responded promptly and helped me with the process, and never made me feel like I was asking for to much.

Rich is so warm and professional. People forget how stressful a purchase and moving can be but Rich and his whole team made booking and rescheduling (several times due to delays) painless and guilt free. No pressure and totally accommodating. While I haven’t actually moved yet, getting to the point I have with Tori-State has been pain free. Would definitely recommend Rich and his team to my family and friends.

Linda and Mia were great help with my move! Both such fun gals I could be friends with, extremely personable. Made the move from Rhode Island exciting and stress free !!!

Honestly, TriState area movers exceeded my expectations. Movers were early, polite, quick, careful and knew exactly what they were doing. I even came in under the original quote and they're refunding me for the remaining time! HIGHLY recommended.
