They worked quickly and carefully and everything made it without damage. The movers were very helpful and everything went well. The move was completed and new storage unit setup and organized in under 4 hours. Definitely highly recommended.

Tri-State Area Movers was really great! We had a team of 3 honest guys. They worked their bums off to get our 2nd story apartment items to our new home. They worked really hard to make sure nothing got damaged and we didn't pay any additional fees for extra packaging material. My only suggestion is to make sure all your furniture and TVs are either wrapped in blankets or boxed up before the team comes out. Otherwise this was an amazing experience compared to the overpriced 2 men and a truck that broke half our goods last time. Will definitely use Tri-State Area Movers again!

They were very responsive and informative from the start. They called me immediately after I sent in my move details and squeezed me in a few days later. They quoted us for 3 hours and the the rate was exactly the same when the move was completed. Moved me out of a three story walk up building with no elevator into my new place within the 3 hour window with a few minutes to spare. Solid company, would recommend!

The guys were really awesome throughout the moving process. They moved my in-laws from NY to FL. Moving is a very stressful task for anyone and specially for a senior couple but this company did it so smooth and easy for them. They came the day of the move on time and were very fast and careful. The two guys who came to move a few things for me were very professional. They had great customer service, made sure everything came unharmed, and took things apart and put them back together to make sure they wouldn’t get damaged on their way. The reason why I give 4 stars is because I was given a timeframe that the company would come and they didn’t show up. We rescheduled for the next day and they came 3 hours late that day too. I understand that it’s hard to schedule something like moving especially if there are multiple moves in a day, the part that was frustrating is I wasn’t let known earlier that there was a delay and I waited for hours. The company never contacted me to give me an ETA when they were late, I was the one who had to take the initiative to call multiple times. There should be better communication on their part.
