The estimate was WAY OFF. I had to talk to the owner of the company he worked with me and the $ was still double the estimate. However, I will say that the crew was amazing. The guys were efficient, gentle and very personable. The crew deserves 5 stars. The estimate 0 stars

Teammate were really great guys. They were quick, professional and courteous. We booked them and they were quick to response, and their final rate is reasonable We had a strict move-in time window and they were flexible and accommodating. They finished right on-time. I would use them again for any future moves.

I do not have anything to complain about Tri-State Area Movers. We used their moving service to move at two different locations and they did it very professionally. They showed up with masks on and we didn't have to remind them about that again. I'm quite happy and would recommend them.

My Movers arrives between the hours of 8 and 9 AM, specifically they arrived at 8:10 AM. The truck was quickly loaded. The movers spoke with me and stated they would be meeting me. We departed from my apartment around 10 AM. The moving truck arrived to new place around 1 PM they quickly unloaded my items and placed them in my desired location. The movers were very respectful and was minimal talking and they quickly got the job done.

I would highly recommend Tri-State Area Movers to anyone who doesn't want to spend a fortune on a moving company. We had two movers come to our one bedroom apartment and then drive a half hour to go up and down two flights of stairs with furniture. They never complained and they moved the furniture how we wanted it when they got to the new condo. All in all, the process was a breeze!!

Best moving company ever. They reached on time at the storage facility. They had great communication. They picked up our items from a storage facility, moved and dropped off in my new house exactly where I requested it all to be. Everything was great. I would highly recommend them.

Most importantly Tri-State Area Movers made this whole move completely stress free. Hopefully I'll never have to move again but if I do these guys are getting the call. They packed up my whole apartment. All my glass items were carefully placed and they disassembled my beds. No mess was left behind so cleanup was fast. Tri-State Area Movers were professional, friendly and on-time today. As a first time user of a moving company I was unsure of what to expect; however, I must say that I was very impressed and will be calling them again if need be.

Overall, our experience with Tri-State Area Movers was positive. It was good from the start to end. They were very responsive, clear, and addressed all my questions. On moving day, the team arrived before specified time, which was very impressive. They also gave us an extra 20 minutes to get our kids out the door before starting the process inside the house. Absolutely the best moving company. They were very pleasant to work with on the phone. They gave flat rate, rather than charge per hour. The moving men were a great bunch of guys who were polite and worked well as a team. I was surprised at their efficiency and ability to move all of the boxes and furniture in about 3 hours. The men did not leave any garbage behind. The truck was new and clean. Highly recommend them.
