This review is only for Rich, the customer service rep who I worked with in booking. I didn’t end up using the company as I was able to find some help from family and friends, but Rich was pleasant to work with when booking. Very kind and understanding.

The movers I worked with were kind and professional and patient with me as we worked through the moving process. They also brought their own equipment and were professional.

Tri-State Area Movers is so good! They answered to all my request for information very quickly and even though they were busy they were able to accommodate my move the day I needed it. On the day of the move they helped me to move from a 3rd floor to a one bedroom apartment. They were quick, nice and helpful. Thank you for your help!

This is the second time we are using the services of Tri-State Area Movers and we would do it again anytime without hesitation. They did such an amazing job. They were very well organized, super friendly and helpful and so incredibly fast!! They wrap the furniture really thoroughly to keep everything from getting damaged. The complete process of hiring their services to completing the move was super smooth and taking the stress out of moving.

Tri-State Area Movers were fantastic. They handled our trans country move with comfortably and everything arrived in perfect condition. They were careful with all of our items. They packed everything well and laying down protective mats along the way. They packed everything and brought it to our new place. I would highly recommend them.

The 2 guys sent were polite professional and never stopped working. I had a 200 mile move and they hustled and got my belongs delivered unharmed in a professional manners. Would use and recommend again.

The quote was right on, and my furniture was the only item in the truck which made me feel secure that there would be no mix-ups. Then Jack and his crew called before they arrived and worked hard to make my experience amazing. They are far better than the other movers. I highly recommend it to them!
