Starting from the beginning this company is AMAZING! We were having a huge issue with our last IT company, like most we were not getting responses at all for months at a time and stuck in limbo when we could not fix our technology issues as soon as possible. When we finally decided to switch to Trinsic Technologies we worked with Jessica Allen to get the process started. She follows up with us consistently and made sure that we were taken care of by Cindy Stephens, Delenor Wilson and Jacob Mead. Thank you for the onboarding gifts and everything you do for us! In all of my experiences working with different IT companies this is the best yet. The people we've worked with at Trinsic are professional, kind, and extremely efficient at what they do.
