I am not pleased at all with the outcome of their final product, granted there were some issues covering some areas with extra primer and wall paper issues, the house was a wet mess, you can expect disrespect for your personal space, had to tell Tim several times his crew was leaving a mess on the floors at the end of the day, trash and over the top paint drops on the floor, the floors were going to be replaced but turning a paint can lid wet surface side down, come on, !!!, ruined an expensive air filter, covered with paint over spray, paint on door knobs, paint on kitchen cabinets, door hinges, paint on light fixtures, owner showed up for check and walk through, it takes several days to really inspect fine details, called Tim and his office leaving messages to talk about these items, gave him a week to respond, and nothing, so here I am sharing this with others, continued 5... Our experience with TriCo Painting was excellent. They painted our kitchen cupboards; textured and painted our living room and our dining room; and also painted some new wood detailing. We also had them paint the entire outside of our home, both wood and stucco. From start to finish, they are very well managed. From start to finish Trico painting was great !! Their estimate was more than reasonable compared to others that we had received. They repainted our Oak kitchen cabinets and installed knobs. We know have a brand new modern kitchen. The supervisor went over the work to be done on day one to answer any questions and then returned on the last day to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Our three painters showed up each morning as promised. They made sure we knew what would be happening each day. They cleaned up each day and at the end of the job. Very disappointed --when I finally called to schedule my appointment that they said they no longer handle my area. I had already received an approximate quote on what (on the high end) it would cost me. The lady I spoke to said they never give quotes...I guess I'm a liar? Anyway, I'm sure they are great. It has been over a month since we used Trico Painting services. Tim and the rest of the staff at the office were very professional and courtious. We were impressed with the communication! They will email or call as many times as needed to make sure every detail is covered. In addition, the crew we had at home was outstanding! Extremely polite, responsible, and hard workers. Thank you Carlos and Ignacio! We truly recommend this company! Only one thing... if you are first timers as we were, please plan to leave your home during the time of your project (maybe this is an implied concept for some of you but if wasn't for us). Customer service began from my first contact with Tim Flood to the final finish date and time, as projected on our recent home exterior paint job. They communicated promptly and efficiently, covering all bases in preparation for the upcoming project with emails, an online paint ordering form, and confirmation of all that was submitted (including the deposit ahead of the job). They asked for the specific details on exterior placement of the paint color(s), the type of paint to be purchased per our request, the lustre, and color(s) chosen by us to be assured all options were covered.
