Ordered a Rope Logic Prusik from one of their awesome staff members on Fri. Aug. 5th. My package arrived Aug. 8th so I could keep operating smoothly. Best arborist supply company I've found, and they're 300 miles away. It's a woman-owned, private business; and, you talk with staff that are relatively trained in the basics of climbing gear. The fact that they know most Silky handsaw models, and Husqvarna saw, bar, and chain sizes, like they helped design the equipment, is amazing. My wife, mother in law, and myself plan on making a visit to the store next time to put faces to the names on our next purchases. We're happy to have finally found a great arborist supply store.
