Wouldn’t even give you guys a one star if I didn’t have to. Horrible treatment to my daughter constantly and I have plenty of video footage of it for proof. You get camera access and only get to see half of the room so god only knows what my daughter was being treated like on the half where it wasn’t visible to me. They eat breakfast at 9, lunch at 11 and then lay down for a nap. First of all, the time they eat is way too close together and most kids aren’t just happy to lay down for a nap at 11:15 am, at least mine wasn’t. Tried time and time again to figure out solutions to our problems and the last straw was seeing my daughter get led and let go onto her mat hitting her head against the wall and nobody even turning around to make sure she was okay, teacher just turned around and walked off. Constantly covering my daughters face up with blankets. Constantly coming home with HORRIBLE diaper rashes which I also have photo proof of before and after getting to and leaving daycare. They pretend to care, pretend to work with you and really do nothing. Force the teachers you trust to quit because of mistreatment and hold zero accountability for anything. Pulled my daughter out yesterday and WILL NOT be taking her back.
