I liked the selection of the hotel and activities. The time of year was ideal. I liked the balance between structured group activities and leisure. The hosts were engaging and informative. The information provided before the trip was thorough and complete. I appreciated the tips and reminders. However, it would have been nice to know how small the rooms would be in advance. As someone traveling to Europe for the first time, I did not realize that beforehand.
