Travel Divas

I love Travel Divas because of the professionalism from day one. Whenever I had a question while planning my trip I would notify the Travel Divas office with a rapid response from a member of the customer service team who cleared up any concerns I had. From the Client Experience Coordinator to the Customer Service team I always felt well taken care of. It was very special to hear from CEO Shanterria herself. The discount given at the start followed by an added discount towards the end of my payments was very much appreciated! Those were the first 2 surprises followed by the 2 special Diva Gift Boxes. WOW! I was so excited to receive my Travel Divas merch. Just about the time that my dream started to materialize into reality our travel group was contacted by our host Sylvia Simmons. Sylvia set up a Facebook page where she introduced herself and started providing us with pertinent info for our very special expedition. Our Facebook page was also a great space for us to start getting to know each other. Sylvia also shared excitement about our upcoming trip. We all appreciated having the Zoom get together. What a joy to have Sylvia as our host! She showed up with a smile and had positive energy for the duration of the trip. Sylvia also added a bit of fun to the trip with a couple of theme nights, glam night and Christmas sweater night. This trip was like no other and with the crossing of the Drake Passage waves. If any of us was late for a meal Sylvia always made sure to check on each of us to assure that we were ok and see if we needed any medical attention during the rougher parts of the cruise. A lot of fun and full of energy, Sylvia always spent time making sure that we were enjoying our trip. She was always available to us and even brought games for us to play as a group while we were 2 days at sea. Enthusiastic and personable, it was a pleasure having Sylvia as our leader. She is amazing! This was a trip of a lifetime and I am so glad I chose to take it with Travel Divas! I have been telling all of my "diva" friends they should consider signing up for one of the Divas trips. Travel Divas truly delivered! Thank you for an awesome experience!!
