My Travel Divas hostesses were Sylvia Simmons and Julia. These two ladies are absolutely phenomenal. I am a 76 year old (young) lady. The hostesses made me feel very comfortable in asking questions. There were a couple of times I very much needed help. One moment was when I was trying to log onto the Travel Divas FB site. I was amazed those ladies were both there to assist me. The second time I needed their help, I was too embarrassed to ask, but I knew I had to. You see, I had booked the wrong departure flight date. Sylvia and Julia spent 2 diligent hours on the websites looking for the appropriate flight for me.
And though it was a stressful situation, they calmed my anxiety level to moderate. They knowingly knew which sites to search to find me a replacement flight and departure date. They also managed to get a credit voucher for the canceled/wrong-dated flight. The ladies never seemed bothered to try and untangle my flight error.
I absolutely know that Sylvia and Julia totally made my vacation in Antigua exceptional. I am very blessed that I had them by my side to help with my flight departure dilemma.
Sylva and Julia made the vacation to Antigua fun, adventurous and filled with excitement and laughter. They were always fun-filled, fantastic, extremely enthusiastic, yet professional in making sure their Divas enjoyed the best Travel Divas experience. What great travel embassadors you have as part of your team. I love them!
