Love my garage floor! From start to finish - very professional and accommodating. Transylvania worked their magic and made a 60 year old garage look brand new!

First, let me start by saying book early. These guys are busy due to their fine workmanship. My old pool coating failed miserably after 6 years or so. I got in touch with Transylvania due to all their 5 star ratings. Miguel and Jorge came out 90 plus degrees and removed all the old coating and prepped for the new. It was stifling hot. These guys pressed on. No complaints just doing a great job. The follow day an additional 2 guys came along to expedite project. Victor and Josh. Still extremely hot and they pushed through to complete project. The following day I walked on surface and it was a-little slippery. Josh had stopped by to check on completed project and I asked him for his thoughts. I was worried grandkids may fall. He took off his shoes wet his feet and confirmed my fears. He assured me it would be corrected. And it was the following day when he and another fellow showed up...

We went to the office to see possibilities in person (touch & see)—everyone seemed thrilled we made the effort; Project Manager came out to the house with the sample of our selections so we could see what it looked like on our porch (lighting, siding color, concrete steps and walkway), etc!; and then Frank came out and produced the porch we hoped for!!!

Absolutely thrilled with the final results of this product! They also were able to accommodate my tight installation schedule as well. Highly recommend!!!!

Patio cleaned up easily after winter using the instructions on your site. Dawn dishwashing liquid, water and a bristle broom. Even came clean around the pool cover. Much easier than pressure washing concrete.

Coating the garage floor has given the space a finished look that compliments the house. It stood up to the winter salt. I am disturbed that my wet shovel has created a rust line on the floor coating that I cannot remove. I was not informed that this could happen.

If you need your concrete has cracks in it and looks totally beat. I highly recommend this company. My concrete around my pool was cracking by the ladder and steps Transylvania resurfaced and filled in all the cracks and it’s looks absolutely beautiful. We thought about stamped concrete put it doesn’t last that long with out redoing it. The new surface is absolutely gorgeous and they stand behind the product with a 10 yr. warranty. Great communication and service. Look at after pics and then the before pics. What a difference. You can’t go wrong with Transylvania. A+A+ company and product.

My workshop looks great. I don’t miss the bare concrete floor with its uneven texture, which was hard to keep clean of fine dust. The floor now is a lot easier to keep clean, looks nice and seems quite durable. Sure enough the crew finished in one day and explained when I could start moving things back in. I’m very happy with the result.
