The job went very smoothly. Absolutely no complaint. The floor coating is beautiful and for the past year, anything on the floor wipes of easily. Since water can't soak into the concrete, puddles tasks longer to evaporate. Definitely recommend this product

Called Transylvania Concrete Coatings and Vince Titano got in touch and we set up a date to give me a estimate and to inspect floor. After Scheduling a date the crew Jorge,Jose and Harry arrived around 9;30 and got right to work, By late afternoon they were done with the floor and surrounding area cleaned up. They gave me instructions on how to care for and when it was ok to walk on and when cars were available to ride on. Floor came out excellent and is easy to care for. Vince was in touch the whole time and checked up to see if I was satisfied with finished product a week later. The operation from estimate to finished product is like clockwork and would recommend them for any job your thinking of.

I had my back patio and steps done. It came out great and no more cracks. I also had the floor of my new sunroom done. Best choice I could make. Was going to get a regular floor over the concrete but this is so much better.

Communication leading up to the install was great and the install team did an incredible job and left the job perfectly clean. Unfortunately, thru no fault of the company, the curing process did not go as planned and some concerns arose over the finished look of the job. This is where the team earned all my trust that I chose the right company for the job. They took my concerns seriously and showed back up to inspect the results, confirmed that it was not up to their high standards and rescheduled to repair the job. The same installation team arrived due to their dedication and pride in delivering quality and ended up spending another long day reworking the entire pool deck surfacing. Transylvania Concrete Coating did a super awesome job on both my porch and garage. I have to say the experience from meeting with the sales person Thomas Brennan to final installment everything was "top notch". I especially want to recognize Frank the on-site Supervisor. Love my garage floor! From start to finish - very professional and accommodating. Transylvania worked their magic and made a 60 year old garage look brand new!

First, let me start by saying book early. These guys are busy due to their fine workmanship. My old pool coating failed miserably after 6 years or so. I got in touch with Transylvania due to all their 5 star ratings. Miguel and Jorge came out 90 plus degrees and removed all the old coating and prepped for the new. It was stifling hot. These guys pressed on. No complaints just doing a great job. The follow day an additional 2 guys came along to expedite project. Victor and Josh. Still extremely hot and they pushed through to complete project. The following day I walked on surface and it was a-little slippery. Josh had stopped by to check on completed project and I asked him for his thoughts. I was worried grandkids may fall. He took off his shoes wet his feet and confirmed my fears. He assured me it would be corrected. And it was the following day when he and another fellow showed up...
