Transylvania Concrete has been great from start to finish. I had an appointment with a sales rep promptly after my first contact. Mike Monte was so pleasant and clearly explained Transylvania’s process, without laying on the pushy sales pitch another flooring company did. The price was right and so I got calls from Brittany and amazing Tiffany about scheduling an installation. That was done quickly but I had to re-schedule. Tiffany was so accommodating and kind, helping me find another convenient date. That date was today, August 31, 2026. This morning I welcomed the great father and son team of Barstell and Jaydon. They were polite, professional, and very respectful of my home. They did a great job and I’m excited about what will become my finished basement. I am so pleased with my basement that I’ve hired Transylvania to transform my patio!

We had a new pool surface by this company in 2024. The results were great. Surface brand new and it looked awesome. It was a bit slippery and Josh came out and remedied that issue. We had some concerns when we were closing pool for the winter with some stains that developed over time. I notified Josh and he again came out to evaluate. He recommended a cleaner that we purchased and tried out. The staining did lighten up but not entirely. I told Josh when we open pool in spring I’d let him know about staining. Upon removing cover the staining was horrendous. Large areas with yellowing and some powdery. Tried the LGX 501 industrial cleaner coupled with power Karcher 15 inch cleaner head to no avail. Notified Transalvania about issue and after some back and forth they agreed to resurface entire deck .I can tell you I am thankful for their support and backing up their work.Thank you...

We had our porch, porch foundation, sidewalk, and garage aprons coated by Transylvania Concrete Company. Two gentlemen (father and son) arrived on time, knew what to do, and started working. Everything was done in one day and looked great! These two gentlemen were fantastic. There were just a couple very minor issues – very old porch and sidewalk - that the same gentlemen returned, just a few working days later, and did the minor touchups. We are extremely happy with the job they did. Thank you to everyone involved with this project.

WOW, WE LOVE our patio now! From the start to finish, TCC has been very professional; from our sales rep Peter, Brittany & Tiffany in the office, and the installation crew. They listened to exactly what we wanted, kept us updated throughout the process, and delivered beautiful, high-quality work. The team was respectful of our property and left everything spotless. This is a tough review to write as my experience was not the best with this company until I started to work with Tiffany. Unlike my salesman and owner who ignored my emails and phone calls, Tiffany respected me as a customer paying a high price for their services and made things happen that everyone else in their office ignored. She was professional, attentive, listened to my concerns, returned my calls and not to mention the sweetest person to talk to! Victor was in charge of the installation and was also very professional and wanted to make sure that everything was perfect during the process. The end result is wonderful hence the 5 stars. I just wish my experience with the company as a whole was just as good. Cancelling my install days a week prior to install due to rain (which it never did rain), not showing up on scheduled install days (while I took off from work) and no return...

Highly Recommend this company. The team that came out was a father/son combo and they were amazing. They have been doing coatings for over 20 years and knew of, and have used, all the differernt products. They arrived as planned and worked very quickly. The job came out beautiful.

I had the Transylvania Concrete co transform my pool from a concrete base to a beautiful Tidal Wave Blue/gray finish.
Jose, Barcell, Jayden and Clarence was my team. They worked thru an excessively hot day non stop. They did a great job. I was impressed with how attention to detail they were. The more I watched , the more confident I became in their expertise.
One example was they kept a keen eye on the weather. Rain would have stopped the job dead. With rain in the forecast they worded through the day to get done with enough dry time. The first day rain was going to happen in the late evening. These guys worked thru the day for about ten hours to get down to the primer coating that needed time to dry. It did, it rained and did no damage. The second day the same forecast. The men worked all day to complete the last two coatings. Even touched up the coping paint they...

Victor and Harry did a great job. we had a rubber floor put in a porch. which is in the house, a little rubber smelling but hope that dissipates with time. I am very happy with how it turned out. it looks great. the guys were nice and friendly.
