They say sell when you have a 65% loss which is fine but I wish they would still send out an email/alert when an option has hit that mark. We all know there will be losses so just be totally transparent about it. Tell us when we should cut bait. Some of the alerts take a long time before coming out with specifics about the trade. Example....the stop loss and price targets etc. It could be well over a week before they post the specifics about the alert sent out. I don't really don't understand that. Overall.....very happy with the service , I just think it could be fine tuned a little more. The customer service dept. is excellent.
