I loved everything about my experience with T &C carpet!!!! When I called to make the appt, they were so friendly and worked with my crazy schedule to find the best time to make the appt. They were right on time to the appt and the young man was very professional and friendly. He made sure I was happy with the job before he wrapped up. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned!

I had my area rug cleaned (picked up & delivered for free) as well as a microfiber sectional cleaned in my home - both services were great. Rug pick up & delivery was very convenient!

I couldn't find anybody to clean my 11 × 13 very expensive oriental rug, a friend of mine from church recommend town and country. I called, left a message thinking nobody would ever return my call. First thing the next morning Nicole contacted me, assuring me the urine and pet odors could be removed. Quoting me an estimate she sent a technician out.
A very nice young man came out to the house. He did a great job on both my oriental and the carpet in the bedrooms. He took two of my area rugs back to his shop to be cleaned and deodorized. They even returned the rugs to me spotlessly clean and fresh as promised. Not only am I a very satisfied customer but wouldn't use anybody else but Town and Country again.
