I recently finished my 4th month on the program, & feel like a new person in many ways. Upon starting the program, it was my hope to be able to reduce the Metformin that I had been taking for 14 years, and hopefully lose some weight. I was 37 pounds overweight, after taking a medication 32 years ago that destroyed my metabolism. Up until that point I had been under weight for the first 28 years of my life. Today I am ecstatic to say that I am down 32 pounds, and have been completely off the Metformin for over a month. These accomplishments were beyond my wildest dreams! The guidance, education, and personal support that I received from each and every member of the Total Life team has been invaluable. The tools are just amazing! While I realize that I did the work, it was because of the team, and all of the gifts that each and everyone of them have to offer and share willingly & enthusiastically, that has made it possible for me to surpass my goals. I feel physically and emotionally stronger than I have in over 30 years, love looking at myself in the mirror and shopping for new clothes, and feel very energized and empowered. I also love to laugh when people do a double-take when seeing me for the first time. If you are just beginning this program, be assured that this is one of the best decisions that you could have made. Stay strong, follow the program, and you will come away feeling very thankful that you took this journey. You are in the loving hands of a team who truly wants the best for each of their clients.
