It has been amazing to be in The Total Life Center Program. My progress that I have made on my health journey has been incredibly insightful. Total Life Center has educated me on things that i was unaware of and i am a Registered Nurse with Master's in Education. Crazy Huh!! I have discovered products while out grocery shopping that are gluten free, sugar free and delicious. I am so inspired and with these little nuggets that I have learned that I want to share them with you because they can be so impactful for others to hear as well as for me to read back on. Thank you Total Life Center for believing in me, teaching me and guiding me along the way to better health. I hope my words will inspire others on how they can take charge of their health.
