Peta Cohn and her team at Total Life Center transformed my life and my children’s lives. They are truly healers that turn their clients into self healing empowered- educated individuals. The journey I took to health was life changing. Peta also treated both my children. My son in 2014, my daughter in 2020 and myself in 2023. I don’t know to thank you for your expansive insight and for changing our lives in the most profound way. The program at total life is extremely thorough. It’s a course like no other. They have videos, resources, tons of recipes, and a community to connect with as a support system. The resources offered in the program are exceptional. When I first came across the link for TLC I was in constant pain. In short, I had no life! Peta and her team were a life saver for me. I enrolled with Total Life Center with an overall of losing weight and feeling physically "belter". It has been amazing to be in The Total Life Center Program. My progress that I have made on my health journey has been incredibly insightful. Total Life Center has educated me on things that i was unaware of and i am a Registered Nurse with Master's in Education. Crazy Huh!! I recently finished my 4th month on the program, & feel like a new person in many ways. Upon starting the program, it was my hope to be able to reduce the Metformin that I had been taking for 14 years, and hopefully lose some weight. I was 37 pounds overweight, after taking a medication 32 years ago that destroyed my metabolism. Up until that point I had been under weight for the first 28 years of my life. Total Life and staff has been a huge blessing to me! It’s been about three months in and they have really helped me in the way I see food and how it can nourish and feed my body in order to heal. Working with Total Life has been a great experience. I am a nurse and have learned so much that I didn't learn in nursing school. I am and have been so Blessed with this life changing experience. In January when I met PETA I was full blown Diabetic on 4 meds plus a needle my blood sugar A1c for 20 years was 8 and above. My life has transformed since doing ‘the program’! I was quite skeptical, but knew I needed to do something outside of traditional medicine.

I began last November and have never looked back.
