I used TopMops in the past for several months at my residence and was overall pleased with their service (especially the actual employees who arrived at my home).

However, I recently tried to assist my son in his first home purchase and wanted to schedule a deep clean prior to moving in.

There were painters, electricians, plumbers, and general contractors to coordinate along with the cleaning. Many balls were in the air.
I had given the company my credit card to secure the appointment.

My disappointment lies with the “reminder call” that came just after the window to cancel had expired. I had to pay a $300 penalty for cancellation.

It would have been nice if the reminder would have come before the two business days had expired prior to the scheduled appointment.
