Rachel M. has done the last few cleanings, and she’s done a wonderful job. I’ve gotten to meet her in person a couple times and she’s super friendly and sweet. The cleaning lady was very young and very nice. The cleaning job was good not great because there were some missed spots. Very professional staff but for 5 hours there was no discount $265.00 plus tip is not a good value in my opinion. Of course, normally I do my own cleaning so maybe I'm just not used to cleaning prices.

I have received cleaning services from Top Mops at least monthly for almost one year and have always been very pleased with their services. I have used other cleaning services before, and the reason why I like Top Mops most is that they are the most thorough and responsive group we have worked with. Our regular cleaners have typically been Phoebe or Brianna who always do a great job. This week our home was cleaned by "Neil", and she did an excellent job cleaning up what was a little dirtier than usual in our craze of getting back from vacation. I would definitely recommend Top Mops to anyone considering hiring a cleaning service in the area.

Top Mops got us in quickly for a deep clean (Katelynn was fantastic at customer service). We have four kids under 4 who still take naps and the technicians (Lily, Makayla and Ayanna) were flexible with moving around, being quiet or prioritizing rooms so we could still have all four kids naps. They were quick, professional and very kind. It was a pleasure to use their services and it took a huge mental load off as a busy mom. We look forward to having them back!
