I loved Top Mops Cleaning Service because Anna was very good. I'm not loving Top Mops Cleaning Service now because Chelsie has to be told each time how to clean the home. Each time we point out a room she has missed, her response is that it was not in the contract. For example, the last time she was here and pointed out that she did not clean the store room, she indicated that she did not believe it was in the contract. Likewise, the time before, when we pointed out that she had missed the guest bathroom, she said she did not believe it was in the contract.
