The person who I spoke with said they were about a month out on service but next thing I know they called the next day to say they were going to do their best to get the job done sooner. Following week came and sure enough the company responded with a crew that knocked out 12 super tall palm trees in a matter of 3 hours. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!
