Personally Judit was kind, responsive and reassuring. I was able to ask a question at any time and if not immediately available would call back usually within minutes. With one of the properties renters were involved which led to some issues and Judit was ready with resources to help solve the problem. Ultimately helping the process to be much less of a worry. Judit is the BEST! Just bought my second home using Judit as me real estate agent and I literally refer everyone I know to her. She goes above and beyond when it comes to buying and selling. Her experience and expertise shows. From the very first meeting, she focuses all of her attention on you, and it doesn’t stop when your house closes. We have bought and sold with Judit 5 times in the last 4 years and with that comes many hours of communication and traveling to look at property and homes, most at least an hour from Boise which is even more impressive. Judit helped me buy a house! She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. The roof of the house I was buying had issues from the initial inspection. She recommended a 2nd more detailed inspection from a roofing contractor and he took one look and knew the shingles were from a bad batch that the manufacture sold the year my house was built. End result = Completely new roof covered under warranty at ZERO cost to me!
