I have to share my great news with you about an honest, polite, nice and professional fellow! We needed a small roof repair. We had two different roofers, from two different companies come and assess the extent of the repair. One company's quote was ridiculously high for the small repair needed. The other company would not provide a quote, and did not return our text and voice message. Luke and his crew did an outstanding job from estimate to clean-up. He understands his product lines very well and is able to clearly describe the pros and cons of each. We opted for a mid-level siding and had his team replace the soffit, fascia, bargeboard, and gutters while they were at it. The crew found a number of surprises along the way and were able to correct each without significant increase in cost or timeline. Luke and crew recently replaced the roof on my town home that has been decimated by the wind and storms over the last several years. Not only did Luke give me a fair and honest price but he even patched the roof at a moment's notice during the winter when we were experiencing some leaks around Christmas. I also valued that he convinced me to wait until the weather was warmer to replace the roof to ensure a good seal on the shingles though I was willing to replace the roof right at that very moment. He came to inspect my roof on an extremely windy morning after several shingles had blown off due to a very bad windstorm we had in early February. He was very professional and video taped shingles that were blowing upright while he was on the roof giving us the perfect documentation for our insurance company. Okay picture this. Today is Monday and the radiographer has completed the video and taken the pictures so my home will be on the market this Thursday. We contacted and hired Top Dog to do some renovation work to the outside of our house. Luke was efficient, knowledgeable and professional while meeting with us, reviewing the cost estimate, providing explanations about the materials he intended to use for our construction project, and quickly responding to calls about questions we had. He communicated and worked well with us on the construction schedule. Both he and his crew were professional and courteous on site.
