Fantastic experience! I called Tog Dog to have our dryer vent inspected and replaced. The unit installed by the builder (Ryan Homes - Potomac Shores) would get clogged every 4-6 months. At minimum should be least a year. Luke came out to our house, immediately diagnosed the problem (turns out this unit is the totally wrong model for dryer vents), removed the old one, installed a more suitable model, and replaced the shingles surrounding the vent hole. He did a major overhaul of my house...new siding, new windows, faux stone foundation, new shutters...and it turned out better than I could've ever imagined. Whole experience was wonderful. Seriously-home repair or construction projects are usually stressful but this wasn’t. Luke was the first contractor to come out, he gave me a thorough and fair quote the same day, answered all my questions. He even put a temporary patch on the hole in my old roof so I would not get more damage inside before it was replaced. And that was without a signed contract, which I thought was really awesome. I had 5 other companies give me estimates but went with Top Dog and I’m so glad I did! The crew replaced my entire roof and cleaned up the area in 4 hours (my neighbors were all amazed!)
