I have nothing but GLOWING things to say about Tom. When I first started doing my search for a mortgage broker I did what anyone would do and looked up "Best Brokers in DFW" & upon doing my research and seeing all these businesses, Tom stood out because he was ranked top 25 on www.expertise.com/tx/dallas/mortgage-brokers-lenders surrounded by companies. He was ranked SOLO. To me that was everything. It meant he stood out for his work specifically. I tried to call and didn't reach him immediately but shot him a text of our situation and wanting to find a home. He set up a call with me very shortly after receiving my text and we got the ball rolling. The absolute cherry on top to working with Tom is that he recommended his wife to be our realtor and since we hadn't picked anyone we chose his wife Kelly to be our realtor and she was phenomenal from the start. Tom and Kelly took care of us and made the process so easy in a market that is getting more difficult by the day. They worked as a team and worked what felt like all hours of the day. Tom was responsive, quick, and knowledgeable. He would play with the numbers anytime we looked into a house. He is so darn good at his job that we closed OVER A WEEK ahead of when we initially planned to. I could say so much more but Tom is the mortgage broker you need to work with. He has all the experience and is personable and friendly to boot. I tell everyone that we owe our home to Tom and Kelly and what they did for us. Don't look any further than this man.
