I had a positive experience navigating your nursery.
I appreciate all the many details to understand how to go about the planting but I wish if I could figure out if the plant need it full sun, part or shade, some did better than others.

I am not exceptionally computer savvy and did not realize I had missed a box to check on my order payment screen. TN Nursery was good enough to 'remind' me to check my shopping cart - I then realized my error and checked the box,, got a confirmation and all is well!

I received an email with a 10% discount code and free shipping on orders over $19.99. I used the discount code but had to pay for shipping which was greater than the 10% discount. I ended up using only the free shipping. I called and spoke to Serenity and was told to call back and they would refund the shipping - I didn't bother with the discount code. I ordered 3-4' crape myrtles which will arrive in the Spring. I only hope they grow as they're shipped bare root - bare everything.

I received really nice trees. They were packaged securely. Quality.
