Prices are good. However, web advertised free shipping with 19.98 purchase but I got charged shipping after putting in a $55 purchase?

first time ordering. recently moved to Tennessee aniously waiting to receive order. plant on doing future orders as well

A nice selection of trees, ferns, wildflowers, etc. Nice to find native plants to add to the collection of other types of perennial plants already growing in the flower beds.
However, I'm just a bit mystified by the fact that, running in bright red letters across the website was "free shipping on orders $19.95+", yet when I checked out my order in the amount of $34.82 I was charged $5.11 for shipping!

I appreciate the BOGO offer and the incentive to keep looking for an extra % off. However, during this particular purchase, the site offered free shipping if I purchased $20 more - I then added a $54 fig tree but was still asked to pay shipping - so I removed the figs and paid the shipping on the lower amount. Getting 4 fruit tress for basically $20 each was a great deal but you would have sold another tree if the free shipping was valid. I am happy with the purchase - just being upfront about the experience. Thank you!

I’m So happy I found ya’ll!! This experience has been nothing short of amazing. TN Nursery takes all the guesswork work out of choosing the right plants for your area. I’m in North MS and have had a couple warmer days and I was able to get 38 plants and 10 trees in the ground!!! I’m like a kid in the Candy Store can’t wait to see these babies BLOOM AND THRIVE!!!
