I ordered more but had an emergency and on the same day that I ordered I asked for it to be canceled.
I was told they couldn’t cancel but can hold my shipping till spring.
So very disappointed really. They could hold shipping till next Spring but was too late to cancel on the same day!
A bit unbelievable they can wait to ship but can’t cancel order on an emergency. 😒
So I took stars dwn to 4 instead of 5

I’ve been searching for a nursery such as this one. I’m excited about my order. Customer service was very responsive and the promos are great.

This nursery truly has some of the best pricing and selection for native bare root plants — trust me, I have spent a lot of time looking around! I appreciate Rachael was able to quickly answer a couple of questions I had so I could place my order, it’s nice to purchase from a company where you can easily get in touch with them. Looking forward to expanding my garden and will update in the spring when things are growing!
