Finally found Red Maples I could afford! Ordered 2. Had trouble with their site on line, so ordered with a call. Forgot to claim the discount the site offered! Do hope TN will adjust my order to include discount. Karen was easy to understand & took my offer quickly!

It was easy to order. I liked the free shipping. Plants displayed are beautiful, great variety. I’m anxious to receive them, plant them, and see their beauty in the Spring.

The site was easy to use, they had a good selection of what I wanted also had BOGO sale

Your website is very well laid out but I have a suggestion. I got to a point where I wanted to minimize the chat and I could not. I was using Google Chrome and if I tried to get around this by opening another session and could not. I may have just overlooked how to minimize but, I got around my issue by looking at what I wanted using Microsoft Edge. Your chat personel did great, everything else was great, but, it was not obvious how to get the3 chat off of my screen. Like I said, your personnel did very well and that was not a major problem, just something to report.

My shopping experience was pleasant. It was easy for me to find the trees that I wanted to order them. However, I haven’t received them yet, so I don’t know what quality they are but as far as shopping goes, it was a pleasant experience.

I ordered the bogo paw paw trees from them. They came when expected and one got damaged in transit. I sent pictures to TN Nursery and Serenity helped me out the very next business day letting me know they were sending me a replacement paw paw tree. I was pleasantly surprised as they did not have to but a new fruit tree is always appreciated! Can't wait to see my new pawpaws waking up in the spring. Thanks again Serenity!
