Purchased plants and shrubs from TN Nursery last summer. I've purchased from other online nurseries and TN Nursery was the first to bundle all plants together in one bag. This lead to me thinking the wrong quantity of plant/shrub was delivered and reaching out to customer service. In most cases, I had what I ordered but there was an issue with one order. Customer service was very helpful and my order was filled completely quickly. The plants are doing well so far. Would purchase from TN Nursery again.

This was my first time ordering from TN nursery. I ordered the 2-3ft Pawpaw Tree and the 2-3ft Gala Apple Tree. I received great service and I was more impressed they provided instructions and information on how they ship the trees and plants to you. And they also included how to plant your trees which was very helpful! Also they offer a 1 year warranty on their trees and plants and I wasn’t expecting that. My trees came packaged really well. They had the roots wrapped up good and the stapled tight. My overall experience with them was great! I will be buying more very soon. I have a full unboxing video on my Tiktok account.
