Customer service has been helpful. A little tougher to get replacement plants than they advertised. I just wanted them to simply replace the ones that died. Instead I was given store credit. Which would be fine, but all those plants were on sale. So to replace what I ordered Ed that died or never grew it cost me over $40! I dont like that at all.
