Great prices. My first order. Confusing at checkout if I got BOGO. I can see a coupon code at summary but it doesn't list double the plant amount. If that was more clear I'd have ordered more.

All the plants I have order have produced and the packing’s of the plants are well preserving the roots/ plants. I have prefer from Tenn nursery since moving to Tennessee and have til many of my friends they should order their plants as well from you. Sincerely the she shed planter! Cathy

Plant showed up quickly and in good shape. Plants were a little dry and needed a drink. After watering the plants perked right up and are thriving. I already made another just 3 days after receiving my first order because I was so pleased with the product.

I’ve made two orders this morning, 30 minutes apart, so, please send both orders together an save me that awful shipping fee, an also one of the orders was a Tupelo tree (bogo) which it was charging me for both, can you help with that too please

It is the first-time ordering. So far the communication has been excellent. I was notified that my order was sent out. I will let you know when it arrives, and in what condition it is in.

I made 2orders this morning 30 minutes apart, would you please send them together so to save me that ridiculous shipping fee of two orders. A the black gum tree is a bogo which I didn’t get , it was trying to charge me for two, can you help with this also? I’m sure it’s my fault somehow , I probably didn’t see it in time , I’d appreciate your help

Very good site and product descriptions. Although a couple things threw me off a bit. One was the lack of a true confirmation email with total amount spent. The other was a poor description of how exactly to plant what was purchased in specific areas. Those descriptions may have been somewhere but I could not find them. Not much else to report because I have not received my order.
