Ordered a cedar tree, billed on the website as a true cedar from outside of north america, but the Eastern Redcedar I received is a misnomer and is actually part of the juniper family.

It did take some time to resolve the issue because the company had a high volume of emails, but in the end Brooke resolved my issue and corrected the listing on their website. Brooke clearly and professionally explained company warranty policies, and I am confident based on our phone call that even if there are hiccups in the future, the company will do what is right to resolve the issue for the customer.

I am awaiting replacement 3-4 foot white pines, and am very satisfied with the prompt, high level of customer service I have received.

While all of the plants and trees ALWAYS arrive in amazingly beautiful conditions, sometimes they don’t always live. Which I believe is MY fault or the weather where I live as it’s been terribly wet in a usually dry climate. So, not the fault of Tennessee Nursery, just circumstances for this year. All other items that I’ve ordered in previous years have done very well!! I especially love the sales!! This is a great company and they back up their products 💯!! Love Tennessee Nursery!! I will continue to be a loyal customer!
