I'm very happy with my purchase from TN Nursery. They have perfect roots they are huge and I know will grow beautifully! I'm still waiting for the rest of my order..I'm getting ready to put them in their permanent home and need the others. We are still battling with winter weather so I have the trees in soil inside our green house for now, next week our weather is warming up! Thank You TN Nursery, I'm going to be a loyal customer all the way from New Mexico!

I have had wonderful experiences with products from TN nursery. They have always arrived when scheduled and been packaged appropriately to arrive in good condition. I cannot speak to the return policy or customer service as I have never had a reason to use them.

First time purchasing! So far, I liked how I can sort by Zone and sunlight, which is unlike other retailers I have looked into. I got my plants on BOGO, which was very exciting, and I can’t wait until they come in the mail. I love the thorough descriptions as a first time gardener, my only slight con is I wish they had more pictures of the plant you are going to receive, So I know what to fully expect.

I've had very good experience with this company. I would say though that if they give a store credit for some reason, the should tell you why.
