I received 2 orders from TN Nursery this spring. The first order had beautiful Cardinal Flowers! I quickly ordered more along with a few dogwood trees. These were shipped within a few days, however, they were not delivered here. This was a UPS error, not TN Nursery. I contacted TN Nursery who said they would ship out the order again. True to their word, the package arrived within a few days. The trees were lovely, but the Cardinal Flowers were mush. Sent them a photo and I was immediately rewarded with a gift certificate for their value. Superior value product and customer service.
