Your customer service was very responsive. I had a couple of trees that didn't make it and I completed the required form. I didn't receive a response or credit, but your team had a copy of the original email (Thanks StarLink) and kindly resent it to me. However, when I applied the credit to my account for repurchase after I got back from vacation I noticed that it didn't cover the cost of the replacement trees. Apparently, the cost of the trees had increased, so I had to pay $5.00. Not a big deal, but if more trees croak that could become expensive for replacements. Thought you would appreciate the input. I would for my company.
