TJ was great from start to finish, can't say enough good things! The home was an Estate Sale and my sister and I needed to sell our father's home in Garden City. Initially we considered selling low to investors but TJ was able to connect us with the right contractors and guide us on what to upgrade in order to sell at top dollar. We had multiple offers within the 1st week and accepted one that just closed last week. If you're looking to buy or sell a home, I would strongly recommend hiring TJ.

Not only was TJ knowledgable, professional and very personable, his entire staff was as well. They all treated me as if I was family and never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question. His partner Ashley even took time out of her 4th of July holiday to show me a few houses, one of which I ended up buying. She didn't rush me at all and she was very thorough, showing me what things she would watch out for when buying a home.
