UPDATE: the owner of Time Maid called me to see if I would be agreeable to someone coming back to redo the floor and kitchen cabinets. Two of the ladies came over and did just that. The floor is clean and shiny, and there is no greasy residue on the cabinets. I am extremely satisfied with the personal touch this company provides. If it isn't right, they will make it right. I'm looking forward to their next visit.

Overall experience was very good. Catherine, Jessica, an Maria arrived ready to go to work. The bathrooms and bedrooms look very clean. They even put clean linens on the bed! Windows and blinds are great.
The kitchen and main living space could have been a little better. The laminate floors in these areas are water spotted from using too wet of a mop. The kitchen cabinets in the stove area still feel greasy. A little more TLC would remedy this issue.

Alyss, Nicole, and Monica did a fantastic job getting our home ready for our newborn.

The other service I tried in Tucson put in a tip option and a team member was too chatty. Ayushi assured me she paid her team sufficiently. I am very generous with my team. I don’t want to feel obligated to add a 20% tip for each cleaning. Time Maid Cleaning is the service to use in Tucson.
